Trim Levels of the 2019 Chevrolet Colorado

The Chevrolet Colorado is the perfect truck for daily driving and getting the job done! Multiple engine options and the maneuverable size make the Colorado perfect for navigating tough terrain on the work site. Plus, it’s super comfortable! Entering the 2019 model year, the Chevrolet Colorado packs in a new high-definition rearview camera and a new Infotainment 3 system with additional USB ports. The Colorado is available in a total of five trim levels which means there is a model for everyone! We are breaking down what each trim level has to offer to help you make the most informed decision, so keep reading!

Base

The entry-level trim aptly named Base comes packed with standard features! Just some of those features include air conditioning, 16-inch steel wheels, a 7-inch touchscreen with GM’s new Infotainment 3 system, a four-way power driver’s seat with recline, vinyl upholstery and flooring, front bucket seats, power windows, and a rearview camera. More standard features include a six-speaker sound system, a tilting steering wheel, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration.

Work Truck

Step up to the Work Truck model, also known as the WT, for the choice of extended-cab and crew-cab body options and fold-up rear jump seats. There are tons of options available for the WT. They include exterior trim options for an even more rugged look as well as additional technology features like more USB ports, OnStar communications, an 8-inch touchscreen interface, and larger alloy wheels. Plus, there are multiple engine options available.

LT

Opt for the LT trim level and you will gain most of the features available for the WT trim level as well as a lane departure warning system, a forward collision warning system, heated exterior mirrors, automatic climate control, and heated front seats! Options available for this trim include navigation and a premium seven-speaker Bose sound system.

Z71

Up next is the Z71 trim level which brings off-roading and luxury features together! Features for this model include most of the LT’s optional features as well as model-specific trim pieces, simulated leather upholstery, a locking rear differential, hill descent control, all-terrain tires, an off-roading-oriented suspension, and dark-tinted 17-inch alloy wheels.

ZR2

The final trim in the Colorado lineup is the ZR2. This model comes packed with even more off-roading features like an electronically locking rear differential, a spray-in bedliner, specialized bodywork for optimum approach and departure angles, fender flares, larger all-terrain tires, and a raised suspension with special dampers.
