I get an email that my car was serviced today yet we were told today the part needed to fix my car wont even be in until July. I am honestly so disappointed in Chevy. I have had three vehicles with Chevy and never had an issue until now. My car is literally brand new. I have had it for three weeks and already had to have it serviced due to brakes sensor, abs sensor showing up. Was told part would be ordered overnight and fixed. Then told the wrong part was ordered and it would be another week. Now im being told that it will be over a month and a half which is not acceptable at all. Not to mention the loaner given is all electric and takes forever to charge at home and as working parents cant just drive to the dealer ship after an all day work and sit there with kids and wait for it to charge. The lack of communication has been horrible. We are paying a lot of money for a brand new vehicle that I can not even drive. So disappointed….

Came in for one repair. That couldn’t get done because of a recall on the vehicle. Nick the service employee did the very best he could do but the warranty part of it was a mess. A couple hour job at the most. After five and half hours. Talked to Nick got me a ride home. Because still hadn’t heard from warranty. It was another hour and half before he called me. Told me that the recall had to be done first. So they fixed that and I have to go back to get the original problem fixed. Nick was very good at his job. The warranty part of it is got problems bad

Victory Layne Chevrolet called me to let me know that they received a white 2025 Blazer EV SS and invited me to come in and look it over. An hour later, sales rep Caiden Socha called me and said he would be showing me the car. I arrived at Victory Layne about 2 hours later. Caiden greeted me at the front door. I told him that I had expectations of what an acceptable deal would be and that I doubted that Victory Layne would be close enough to make the sale today. Caiden said he would do his best to meet my list of expectations. He said the Blazer SS is right outside let's look it over first. He showed it to me, explained a few features and let me drive it around the parking lot. That was enough, I liked it, let's see if the deal is good enough. Caiden said some of the GM's purchase programs had changed. He took my expectation list to the Sales Manager. Caiden came back and showed me that some of my expected discounts had changed and some were only for leases. A new incentive had been added which made the deal come together. 0% GM financing for 60 months. I added 2 additional small discounts, Caiden said I'll present your offer. A few minutes later, he returned and said your offer is accepted. Caiden Socha was very respectful to my concerns and never used any high-pressure sales tactics. The financing manager was extremely helpful and equally respectful in my concerns. All-in-all, my purchase experience with Victory Layne Chevrolet met and exceeded all of my expectations of what a good experience of buying a car should be.

Noah is a great service advisor. He realized the mechanic spilt oil all over my hood, front cap & tire. Also left grease marks inside. And Noah took the time to wipe it all down for me before he let me get in my vehicle. I was very happy he was paying attention! I was disappointed in the condition my vehicle was returned to the service writer. I think Noah was a bit surprised too. But from my point of view the way he handled it makes me want to come back & I will be asking for Noah.

After waiting over 1.5 hours for an oil change I was advised to have my brake fluid also replaced and I agreed to do this and was told it would take another hour. 1.5 hours later I went to the service counter and was informed that my advisor was at lunch so I asked advisor Noah if he could check on my car. Noah informed me that he was tired running around the service area and it would be a few minutes, when he did come back he informed me my car was up in the air. I then asked him if it was being worked on and his reply was “I thought that I made it clear to you.” After hearing his reply another service rep stood up and told me that he would check things for me. Noah’s attitude was out of line and condescending towards me so I asked him if a manager was available and his reply to that was to look around and say “I don’t know where he is.” I will not ever return to your dealership if this employee continues to work for your service department. I was greeted with a warm smile when I drove up around 10:05 AM. After I entered the service area I was greeted again by the entire service dept with more smiles and a warm "Good morning", followed by can I help you? I was very pleased with all the employees warmth, and we are here to serve you attitudes until I didn't even remember I had to get back to work! Everyone was so helpful and kind. I was serviced right away. I signed my order and was back at work within my allotted break time. I was told I would be notified when my car was ready. I was called with the notification of my car being ready within a 2 hours window. During that call I requested someone to pick me up from home and give me a ride to the dealership to retrieve my car. The driver arrived to pick me up precisely the time I asked to be picked up! When we arrived to the dealership my new tires were on my car. I had no wait time. I believe the repair done was way too expensive since it was a simple scope, diagnostic and a quick plug and play replacement of a fuel pump module. I mean come on, lower the spare tire, remove two bolts and unplug the module?? Plus when I picked up my vehicle I find the spare tire lock in my drivers side door pocket, and the sleeve separated from the bumper hanging out with not a word from the service writer or the tech that worked on my vehicle. I find that totally unprofessional and unacceptable!!

The worst customer service i have ever ran into, I gave one star if i was able to do "0" I will have done it, someone needs to train Carl M. what Customer service Excellence looks like (CSI ), he apparently did not get any, very rude, does not answer the phone, does not follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle. We do appreciate that the service manager was very nice but when it comes to Carl M. He needs to get trained on, following up on customers, advising customers, answering the phone after 4 or 5 calls, I don't know how long lunch is, im hoping it is an hour long, from 10am till 3 pm, Carl M. was out to lunch, at least that was what we were told. Every time we called, he was out to lunch. by 3 pm on Friday we gave up calling. All we wanted to know was if our fleet truck was ready, which was left there 4 to 5 days prior. Well, we never got and answer, we waited till the following Monday to call again, finally someone not Carl M., went and checked and found out the truck was done since Tuesday, and we were following up on Friday to no avail. I will try to avoid taking any of our trucks to that this dealership, now if I have no choice I will take it, but I will not want Carl M. to be my "Service writer, or Service Advisor"

They took my front end off to do work but didn't properly put it back. My brother brought it to my attention. I took it back and at first they say they didn't take it off but a little while later they said the clips were broken but no one said anything until I went in to tell them about it instead. They have to order parts and I have to go back in for them to fix what they broke. A bit unprofessional in my book.

I want to give a big shoutout to Denis, an outstanding agent who helped me fix a muffler issue on my car quickly. His professionalism and efficiency made the whole process much less stressful. However, I was very disappointed with Chevrolet because they wouldn’t provide a courtesy car while my vehicle was being repaired. Honestly, it feels almost criminal, especially since other dealerships offer this service—even if it’s just a temporary solution or an Uber for you. This lack of support made getting around extremely inconvenient. In short: excellent customer service thanks to Denis, but Chevrolet’s policy on courtesy vehicles really needs improvement.

She was kind enough to escort me to the service department and casually asked if I ever thought about getting a trade in value on my Buick. I said I had not considered it and she casually asked if I wanted to. A couple hours later, I’m driving home in my 2025 Trailblazer. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years but this was by far the easiest, stress free transaction I’ve had. I was nervous when I had to meet with Finance, expecting a hard sell on all the extras. Jason was awesome. He even called me back a few days later to lower my interest rate from the credit union. I couldn’t be happier with the experience

This was my second visit recently to Victory . I had come at the suggestion of your Service Manager to meet with Finance about signing the 60 month extended warranty plus a tire and wheel package for my new to me 23 C8 3LT with 6500 miles. Before I left Chris Ettere in Service had inspected my car for a known issue. He promised to follow thru and did with in hours that GM had approved the work and the part was ordered. The part arrived two weeks before the expected date , appointment worked out , greeted by Valets , Chris again is on top of everything, left thinking I would pick up the next day but heard from Chris that morning that the car was ready , sign out was fast and efficient , with Chris checking that everything was right before I left. First time in our life we've had a positive experience at a car dealership. We had called about a specific car that was advertised at a good price. We expected the "bait and switch" routine that we had encountered before at other dealers, but our sales rep, Dan Martin, located the car on the lot to assure us it was still there. We had a trade in that was only a year old with low mileage, and knew what we wanted to get for that. The whole process went smoothly, and there was no haggling, because they actually came down on the initial price, and valued our trade where we wanted. And the GM incentive for veterans and military gave us another $500 off, and reduced the dealer fee. No pressure at all, and a pleasant experience. I will go back to Victory Layne when I need another car.

As a first time chevy/GM owner, I was initially very impressed with Victory Layne/GM service area. It gave professional, high quality/caliber which I wasn't used to at my previous dealer. I was met with a very kind and professional, Chris, who got me into my appointment quickly. I was a little disappointed after the fact though. When I came back to pick up my truck, there were many service members gathered and talking with each other to which almost no one made an attempt to do more than greet me. I was pointed in the direction to "go around the corner to your right and they'll sign you out your keys" and when I found nobody there, I came back to the group of men and then one of them walked me over and explained the process more clearly. I thought the group having the conversation as if the office was about to close was unprofessional. The tint strip that was placed was exactly what I described to be not what I wanted, not to mention the quality of the workmanship was poor. The line is jagged and nicked, definitely not of the professional standard I had initially assumed of GM. The side steps look great, and I am very happy with those. The truck was returned to me in an unwashed condition, and the windshield was very streaky. I will return soon to have it all rectified and I only hope the dealer service dept will be a place I can be confident in coming to consistently in the future for all of my service needs.
