LS

The first trim level that we are looking at for the 2022 Tahoe is LS. This trim comes with the standard Tahoe engine, a 5.3-liter V8. Here you’ll be getting around 383 pound-feet of torque and 355 horsepower. You’ll also find standard features like forward collision mitigation, eight-passenger seat, a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen, LED headlights, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, 18-inch wheels, and an optional front-row bench seat that only the LS trim can offer you.

LT

Once you move up to another trim, you’ll be looking more closely at the LT. This is a trim that comes with many of the previously mentioned features, but adds driver-seat memory settings, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a hands-free liftgate, heated front seats, a nine-speaker Bose audio system, a wireless charging pad, and leather upholstery. As you can tell, Chevy isn’t holding back.

RST

The next trim in this lineup adds a more distinctive kind of styling to make it stand out from the rest of the lineup. This includes a lot of RST-specific badging and stitching, which allows for a quick upgrade in all regards. You’ll even find a different front fascia, along with black exterior trim and 22-inch wheels.

Z71

Still want something that can surprise you? The Z71 trim level is one that you’ll choose if you are ready to get something with true off-roading capabilities. You’ll be able to find features like tow hooks, front skid plates, a unique front fascia to improve the approach angle, all-terrain tires, a two-speed transfer case, and even hill descent control.

Premier

The penultimate trim in the 2022 Tahoe’s lineup is Premier. All of the standard equipment gets a real boost with things like blind-spot monitoring, magnetically controlled shock absorbers, lane-keeping assist, an eight-inch digital instrument panel, heated/ventilated front seats, second-row buckets seats, and a 10-speaker Bose audio system.
